Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Northwind West Freight Partners and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving proof of delivery. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
