Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Northwind Lakeside Care Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client records. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
