Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Boise, ID)

Northwind Studio is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Boise. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service complaints. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
