Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Birmingham, AL)

Lumen Birch Care Services Partners provides in-home and community support in Birmingham, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 524 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visit scheduling. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
