Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Birmingham, AL)

Cedar Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Birmingham working with agencies and riders, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
