Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Birmingham, AL)

Ironwood Clear Freight is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
