Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Birmingham, AL)

Greenridge Pike Pharma develops and makes medicines in Birmingham, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving cleanroom operations. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
