Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Birmingham, AL)

Nova Beacon Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Birmingham region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
