Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Birmingham, AL)

Harborlight Mill Care Services Partners is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Birmingham, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
