Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Birmingham, AL)

Westbrook Nest Manufacturing makes precision components in Birmingham, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
