Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Birmingham, AL)

Highbridge Amber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Birmingham region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
