Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Birmingham, AL)

Clearpath Orchard Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Birmingham, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving weigh tickets. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
