Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Baltimore, MD)

Rivermark Lakeside Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Baltimore. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter readings. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
