Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Baltimore, MD)

Harborlight Maple Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Baltimore. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 753 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving resident services. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
