Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Atlanta, GA)

Greenridge Keystone Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Atlanta with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 866 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving weigh tickets. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
