Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Atlanta, GA)

Clearpath Iron Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Atlanta. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving repair requests. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
