Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Oak Hospitality and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving guest bookings. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
