Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Atlanta, GA)

Clearpath Stone Health is a healthcare provider in Atlanta with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinic supplies. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
