Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Anchorage, AK)

Greenridge Field Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Anchorage region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving project schedules. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
