Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Anchorage, AK)

Lumen Haven Medical is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
