Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Anchorage, AK)

Harborlight River Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Anchorage. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 107 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving treatment plant data. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
