Westbrook Fern Freight is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
