Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Anchorage, AK)

Harborlight Drift Legal Group provides legal services in Anchorage across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 831 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
