Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Anchorage, AK)

Silverline Orchard Arts Center is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 237 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving exhibitions. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
