Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Anchorage, AK)

Harborlight Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Anchorage region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving change orders. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
