Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Anchorage, AK)

Rivermark Vista Community Partners is a Anchorage charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
