Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Hollow Transit Planning and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
