Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Albuquerque, NM)

Foxglove Ashton Health provides primary and specialty care in Albuquerque. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinic supplies. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
