Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Albuquerque, NM)

Silverline Cobalt Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Albuquerque, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving waiting lists. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
