Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Albuquerque, NM)

Clearpath Cedar Hospitality Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving housekeeping schedules. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
