Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Albuquerque, NM)

Summit Bright Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Albuquerque, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
