Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Albuquerque, NM)

Nova Yarrow Hospitality is a hospitality company in Albuquerque with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier orders. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
