Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Albuquerque, NM)

Lumen Nest Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Albuquerque area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 949 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving pipe repairs. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
