Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Wichita, KS)

Rivermark Willow Pharma Partners is a pharmaceutical company in Wichita producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving batch records. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
