Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Wichita, KS)

Bright Glen Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Wichita. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 86 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving test reports. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
