Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Wichita, KS)

Lumen Bridge Facilities looks after properties across the Wichita region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety inspections. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
