Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Wichita, KS)

Greenridge Lakeside Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Wichita area. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier orders. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
