Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Virginia Beach, VA)

Lumen Hollow Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Virginia Beach region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing disputes. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
