Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Virginia Beach, VA)

Amberfield Basin Legal Group is a law firm in Virginia Beach serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving trust accounts. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
