Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Virginia Beach, VA)

Stonegate Wilder Medical designs and makes medical devices in Virginia Beach, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving training materials. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
