Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Virginia Beach, VA)

Westbrook Union Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving contractor visits. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
