Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Virginia Beach, VA)

Silverline Haven Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with training materials.
