Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Virginia Beach, VA)

Fernwood Vista Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Virginia Beach, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving capital projects. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
