Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Virginia Beach, VA)

Highbridge Field Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Virginia Beach and nearby communities. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving treatment plant data. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • PMP or CAPM certification.
