Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Virginia Beach, VA)

Silverline Thistle Construction is a Virginia Beach contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving materials orders. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
