Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Virginia Beach, VA)

Summit Union Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinic supplies. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
