Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Bright West Environmental Services Partners and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving collection routes. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
