Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Bright Iron Medical and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving complaint handling. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
