Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Virginia Beach, VA)

Nova Mill Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Virginia Beach working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
