Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Virginia Beach, VA)

Westbrook Haven Construction is a Virginia Beach contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving change orders. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
